  1. Take off the leaves of the cauliflower at the base and break the head into florets. I prefer to steam the florets because it is healthier. Place the cauliflower florets in a steam basket and put them into a large pan. Add water to cover the bottom of the pan and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes or until the florets are tender. Transfer them into a serving bowl. Add tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

    You can make your own seasoning to your taste by using sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, etc.
