Description
This is a great side dish that can go with any type of main course.

Boil the potatoes first until they are tender. Peel and slice them. Toss with salt and pepper.

Mix olive oil and milk in a small bowl.

Get a deep baking dish. Arrange onion slices at the bottom. Put some of the sliced potatoes on top in a single layer and then thinly sliced Swiss cheese. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cheese forming single layers.

Sprinkle with olive oil and milk mixture and then grated cheddar and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden.

Serve immediately.
