Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Shallots

Preheat the oven 400 degrees F.
Wash your Brussels sprouts to get rid of any dirt.
Then cut off the tough stem end of each and cut them in half lengthwise.
Whisk olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Mix Brussels sprouts and shallots in a big bowl.
Toss with the olive oil mixture to coat.
Arrange the shallots and Brussels sprouts in a baking pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and lightly charred.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve it immediately.
