  1. Preparation

    • Add the green beans to a steamer basket and cook for about 10 minutes or until they are tender to taste.

    • Set aside.

    • Marinate the tuna in the mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey mustard, ginger, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sesame and sugar.

    • Stir them together.

    • Set aside.

    • Put a skillet over high heat and coat with olive oil.

    • Heat at least 3 minutes.

    • Place the tuna in the hot skillet and sear for 1 minute on each side.

    • It should stay red on the inside.

    • Do not overcook the fish.

    • Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the pan to coat the tuna.

    • Remove from the heat,let it rest for a few minutes.

    • Slice and place it on a serving plate.

    • Drizzle with the remaining mixture.

    • Serve with the green beans and microgreens.
