Ahi Tuna Steak with Green Beans

Preparation

Add the green beans to a steamer basket and cook for about 10 minutes or until they are tender to taste.

Set aside.

Marinate the tuna in the mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the honey mustard, ginger, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sesame and sugar.

Stir them together.

Set aside.

Put a skillet over high heat and coat with olive oil.

Heat at least 3 minutes.

Place the tuna in the hot skillet and sear for 1 minute on each side.

It should stay red on the inside.

Do not overcook the fish.

Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the pan to coat the tuna.

Remove from the heat,let it rest for a few minutes.

Slice and place it on a serving plate.

Drizzle with the remaining mixture.
-
Serve with the green beans and microgreens.
