Easy Pan Fried Tofu Salad
Description
Tofu is made by coagulating soy milk and pressing the curds into blocks. It can be used as a substitute for meat and cheese in many recipes.Â
This easy tofu salad recipe is packed with lots of nutrients and can be a great main dish for your busy days.
Ingredients

Drain the tofu and pat dry with paper towelÂ
Cut the tofu into four big blocks
Whisk 2 tablespoons of sesame ginger sauce,4 tablespoons of soy sauce ,minced garlic and 4 tablespoons of water in a bowl and set aside
Put vegetable oil in a pan. Heat until drizzled over medium heat. Add tofu blocks
Give 3-4 minutes to fry until golden brown and flip the tofu blocks. Cook for another 3-4 minutes for the other side
Add soy sauce mix on top. Fry for 2 more minutes and remove from the heat
Chop the salad greens and place them on a serving plate. Add tomato cubes
Add fried tofu on top. Garnish with micro greens and sprinkle sesame seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and serve
