We recently had a nice dinner at CRU Food and Wine Bar/Restaurant at Clearfork Shopping Center in Fort Worth.
It was a great experience. The ambiance was very welcoming . Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
The Charcuterie Board was the right choice as an appetizer and paired well with Orin Swift, 2020 Abstract : a red blend of Grenache , Syrah and Petite Syrah . This is a bold and full bodied wine pouring a neon purple splash with black fruit aromas with hints of cherry and lavender.
For the main course , I had a delicious Idaho Rainbow Trout with artichoke hearts ,cauliflower and herbs.
