Description
There are different easy methods to cook beets like steam, boil, or roast. It is easier to peel after you cook them. Or you can simply use canned beets to save time.

Boil the beets in water for about 1/2 hour or until they are tender.

Then remove the tops, peel, and grate them. Set aside.

Put olive oil and minced garlic in a pan and cook them until the garlic is golden, stirring occasionally.

Mix grated beets with olive oil mixture, crushed walnuts, strained yogurt, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Transfer your salad to a serving plate and enjoy!
