Chicken with Béchamel Sauce

I like this recipe because it is easy to prepare and you can use your leftover chicken or remaining turkey from your Thanksgiving dinner.

You can use leftover chicken pieces or you can prepare the chicken by grilling or cooking it in salty water until it is tender.
If you have bones, separate them and tear the chicken into small pieces.
Place them into a baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and add the milk very slowly while stirring constantly.
Continue stirring until you have a smooth creamy sauce.
Spread the bechamel sauce on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the cheese until you cover all the top.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake it until the top gets golden brown.
