Description
Another healthy, delicious, and easy salad recipe for the hot summer days! Chickpeas provide rich content of protein,dietary fiber, and minerals, such as iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B.
You can use canned chickpeas or you can cook your own. Dried chickpeas need a long cooking time, so I prefer to use canned chickpeas!

Grill red pepper on a gas flame until it gets burnt outside and soft inside. Wash under running water and cut into cubes.
Toss chickpeas, red pepper, tomato, cucumber, and corn in a big bowl. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and add this vinaigrette to the salad. Garnish with dill and serve!
