This fried cauliflower recipe was one of my mom’s favorite dishes when I was a kid.

Preparation

Cook cauliflower florets in lightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, drain, and let them cool.

Whisk eggs, flour, water, salt, and pepper in a large bowl with a fork.

Dip cauliflower florets in the mixture.

Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over high heat.

Fry coated florets in the hot oil for 3-5 minutes until they turn golden brown on each side.

You can eat them plain, with squeezed lemon juice on top or try with a garlic yogurt dip.
