Description
This classic deviled eggs recipe is very easy to make and is a perfect party appetizer. It is a great choice for the holidays,Easter and other gatherings that appeal to all ages.
Place the eggs in a deep pan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to boil over high heat and cook for 10-12 minutes to make hard boiled eggs.
Peel the eggs and slice them half. Set aside the egg whites.
Scoop out the egg yolks and put them into a bowl. Mash up with a fork and add mayonnaise,mustard,vinegar and black pepper. Mix everything until you get a creamy mixture.
Fill each egg white with the filling mixture using a small spoon.
Sprinkle with sweet paprika and finely chopped chives.
