Description
A taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling. You can choose any type of filling; with or without meat, with or without beans, only vegetables… according to your taste. I would deem this a “mediterranean recipe” because of the variety of ingredients included.
(If you enjoy your taco shells on the crispier side, you may warm it up in the oven - 400 degrees Fahrenheit- for a couple of minutes right before you fill them)

Mix tomato, avocado, red onion and cucumber cubes in a bowl.

Fill the taco shells with the filling.

Top off with feta cheese and fresh parsley.

Drizzle with lemon juice.
