There are lots of tasty ways to cook shrimp. This recipe is fast and easy to prepare.

Mix lemon juice, garlic, salt and crushed red pepper in a small bowl and set aside
Preheat olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp to skillet in a single layer
Fry for 5 minutes turning once until browned
Add butter and season with lemon juice mixture and cook for 1 more minute
Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Serve with some greens and lemon slices

Shrimp can be paired with sparkling as well as light or full bodied white wines.
I chose Domain de Mauperhuis , 2020 , a French Chardonnay from Chablis region in Burgundy. This is an unoaked Chardonnay at its best. Citrus, lime, peach and high acidity. Medium crisp finish.
