Description

This spring roll recipe, which I learned from a friend of mine, is very simple, healthy, delicious, and makes a great light dinner or an appetizer.

And it became one of the popular dishes at our home!

Note: you can add vegetables like carrots, lettuce leaves, red peppers, etc. And also you can use peanut sauce as the dipping sauce in addition to the hoisin sauce.

  1. First you need to wash and cut all the vegetables and seafood and get them ready before you start to prepare the rolls.

    Before rolling, the rice wrappers need to be moistened in warm water.

    Place one wrapper into warm water for 5 seconds to make them soft (they are crispy when you take them out of the package).

  2. You don’t want them very soft, just firm at the beginning.

    When you place them on a cutting board, they will continue to soften.

    Place the veggies and the seafood on the rice wrapper towards the bottom and roll it up.

  3. The wrapper becomes very delicate at this step so you need to do it very gently.

  4. Cut it into half and place it on a serving plate with your favorite sauce.

  5. Serve it immediately!
