Description
Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable that’s a significant source of nutrients. It is low in calories yet high in vitamins (vitamin C,K,B6),minerals( potassium,manganese,magnesium,phosphorus),
antioxidants and fiber.
You can create lots of dishes with cauliflowers;plain or with other vegetables ,with cheese,oven roasted,fried or steamed. It makes a great side dish,salad,a healthy snack or even a main dish.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cauliflower slices into a large bowl. Add olive oil on top. Season generously with salt & pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
Arrange cauliflower slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with extra olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes,turning once,until caramelized on edges. Serve immediately.
