Wash your Brussels sprouts. Then cut off the tough stem end of each
Shred the Brussels sprouts with a food processor
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add Brussels sprouts and shallots. Continue to cook stirring occasionally until they become lightly charred for 7-8 minutes
Add garlic and salt. Cook 2 more minutes stirring continuously so they don’t get burned
Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley
