Description
Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is a significant source of nutrients like vitamins and minerals,containing some of almost every vitamin and mineral that you need. Cruciferous vegetables are vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and similar green leaf vegetables.Â
Cauliflowers happened to come in all different colors- white,purple and yellow. But if you can’t find the colored variations,this recipe also works great with regular white cauliflower.

Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium high heat

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant,stirring occasionally

Add the cauliflower florets and season with salt & pepper. Cook for about 12-13 minutes until they are fork-tender over medium heat. Make sure to stir the cauliflowers as it browns

Remove from the heat. Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley and shaved parmesan
