Thawing is quite easy if you are using frozen seafood. Put them in a colander and place under running cold water for a couple of minutes.Â
Put olive oil in a deep pan,add garlic and cook until fragrant for 30 seconds
Add tomatoes ,green pepper, salt & black pepper.Close the lid and smir for 20 minutes over low heat until you get a chunky sauceÂ
Add seafood and red pepper flakes. Cook for 10 more minutes stirring occasionally. Do not over cook the seafood otherwise it will have a rubbery taste/texture
Transfer on a serving plate,garnish with fresh basil leaves and serveÂ
