Description

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Stir together the soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally over medium heat. Pour the soy sauce mixture and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
