Description

This is a great side dish that can go with any type of main course.

Ingredients

Preparation

    • Boil the potatoes first until they are tender. Peel and slice them. Toss with salt and pepper.

    • Mix olive oil and milk in a small bowl.

    • Get a deep baking dish. Arrange onion slices at the bottom. Put some of the sliced potatoes on top in a single layer and then thinly sliced Swiss cheese. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cheese forming single layers.

    • Sprinkle with olive oil and milk mixture and then grated cheddar and oregano.

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden.

    • Serve immediately.
